Had a great Xmas getaway with family! Loved the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The bicycles provided were a fun way to explore the area, and the cozy pool was a nice touch. Plus, being just a short bike ride away from the beach and local attractions made it easy to get around.

The room we stayed in was a bit lacking. The lack of pillows made it uncomfortable to sleep, and the room wasn't serviced during our stay.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially with the large and comfy beds in the rooms. Thirdly, the staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Lastly, the location of the hotel, set back from the main area, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I had a fantastic time at Gili Ilalang Village. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the staff provided bikes at a great rate, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself was comfortable and offered good value for money. The best part was the friendly and charismatic staff, who always made me feel welcome and had a great chat with me every day. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the best restaurants on the island, tucked away in the middle. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay on Gili Trawangan.

Staff were amazing! They made our stay so much better. the room was really clean and spacious and the swimming pool was just perfect to cool off in during the hot weather. Location was ideal: a short walk to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough to avoid the noise. the fact that the hotel was peaceful made it a great place to relax and enjoy our holiday.

The shower wasn't always hot and the water pressure wasn't great, which made it hard to wash out shampoo. the breakfast was okay, but lacked variety.

They were helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and modern bathroom. the whole place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. One highlight was the delicious banana pancakes they served for breakfast. I loved my time at this village and would definitely come back!
